Revision Policy

Mystical Publishers offers revisions according to the package selected by the customer. We provide unlimited revisions at no extra cost as long as the original theme and layout are maintained. The typical turnaround time for revisions is 48-72 hours.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time for most services is 48-72 hours. Please note that this is not the total time required to complete a project, but rather the time taken for each development stage. Revisions may take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the service.
For instance:

• Orders or revisions placed on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
• Orders or revisions placed on a Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Refunds are not available after delivery if the initial design is approved or if any changes have been requested. However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• If requested before the delivery of the initial layout, a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) is available.
• Refunds requested within 48 hours of the initial layout delivery will receive 66% (minus a 10% processing fee).
• Refunds requested between 48-120 hours of delivery are eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% processing fee).
• Refund requests are void after 120 hours of the initial layout delivery, but we encourage customers to reach out with any concerns for potential resolution.

Refunds will not be entertained after the final files have been delivered. In the event of project cancellation due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, store credit may be provided instead of a refund. Services not directly related to web development are not eligible for refunds.

Quality Assurance Policy

Mystical Publishers does not create or populate content (e.g., text or images) unless specified in the service package. Content and images provided by the client are solely their responsibility.

Technical Support Policy

Mystical Publishers provides basic technical support related to the services purchased. Detailed training or installation support for third-party services is not included.
