This juicy IPA is a refreshing beer with a crisp base that allows the flavors and aromas of Citra and Mosaic to shine through, providing a juicy hop profile of mango, pineapple, and citrus.

Food Pairings
Perfect for enjoying on a warm day, and ideally served in an IPA glass at around 45°F (7°C), this beer pairs well with tacos, pizza, grilled salmon, watermelon, mixed greens with berries and feta, and bolder cheeses such as Sharp Cheddar or Gouda.

Each Beer Ingredients Recipe Kit Includes

Malt Extract:

• 6.6 lb. Briess Golden Light Liquid Malt Extract (LME)
• 2 lb. Briess Golden Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)

Specialty Grains:

• 8 oz. Weyermann® Caramunich® Type 2
• 4 oz. Simpsons Caramalt

Hops:

• 3 oz. Citra® hop pellets
• 3 oz. Mosaic® hop pellets
• 1 oz. Summit™ hop pellets

Yeast:
