About the Kit
This golden California IPA is hop-forward with the slightest notes of caramel and biscuit. Amarillo® and Azacca™ hops combine to create a complex and juicy hop profile with tropical and citrus flavors of orange, grapefruit, mango, and papaya, with a moderate bitterness level.

Food Pairings
Best served in an IPA glass at around 45°F (7°C), this bold and hoppy beer pairs well with Fajitas, sushi, buffalo wings, chips and salsa, salads with mixed greens and citrus, and flavorful cheeses such as aged Cheddar or Gorgonzola.

Malt Extract:

• 3.3 lb. Briess Golden Light Liquid Malt Extract (LME)
• 2 lb. Briess Golden Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)

Specialty Grains:

• 4 oz. Weyermann® Carafoam®
• 4 oz. Simpsons Caramalt

Hops:

• 2 oz. Amarillo® hop pellets
• 2 oz. Azacca™ hop pellets
• 1 oz. Summit™ hop pellets
