Description

A liquid amyloglucosidase that completely hydrolyzes dextrins into fermentable glucose. This enzyme can be added to the brewhouse. In homebrewing, the dosage is 10ml for 20L/5 gallons. Also known as Ultra Ferm or UltraFerm.
